Fuyuan is a high-tech enterprise, focusing on the research and development and production of high-speed turbomachinery. The main products are turbochargers, air suspension centrifugal blowers, air suspension centrifugal compressors for fuel cells, etc., mainly providing turbocharging technology solutions for engines and Energy saving fan solutions. The scale of Fuyuan is not large, but it is a national-level specialized, special, and new little giant enterprise, a single champion enterprise in Shandong Province, and an enterprise with the Weifang Mayor's Quality Award. It ranks first in the domestic supercharger industry, and is the only enterprise in the domestic supercharger industry that has won the National Science and Technology Progress Award.

The core technology must be in your own hands

Less fuel and enough power are the most important qualities when people choose a car. It is the engine that determines this quality. Its core performance is high temperature, high speed, and high efficiency, which plays a crucial role in engine performance and emissions. Despite its small size, it belongs to the same high-speed turbomachinery as aero-engines. The technical requirements and technological content are very high. Therefore, it has high requirements for the technological research and development and innovation capabilities of production enterprises. Fuyuan has been on this road for more than 30 years.

“拿这个叶轮来说，我们的叶轮采用先进的型线设计，叶形更符合空气动力学构造，可以让增压器输出压比从4.0提高到6.0，这个指标完全可以跟国际一流产品相抗衡。因此，相同的发动机排量，我们的增压器能让船舶发动机提升功率30-50%。”

  近几年，国内自主品牌的增压器产业虽然发展迅速，但在国内占据的主要还是中低端商用车和非道路市场，国内80%以上的高端市场仍被国外垄断，这是国内增压器产业的整体现状，富源的目标就是要打破这种现状，走向高端市场，实现进口替代。

  陈良表示，差距本身就是很大的发展空间。目前国内有大批代工型的零部件生产企业，生产制造环节已经相当成熟，短板是没有自己的技术和自主研发的产品，如果突破了这一道关，把技术牢牢握在自己手里，那无论是对企业还是对整个行业，都是一个质的提升。

  “我们企业现在就做这个，自己研发自己生产，掌握核心技术和主导权，把这一个零部件做到行业极致。别看我工厂小，要做增压器，大企业做不过我们，我们做的就是专业、专注，这条路走得很辛苦，但很扎实。”陈良说。

  要顶住创新过程中的一切压力

  技术型企业的发展之路注定不会轻松，陈良坦言，为了这份“手握主导权”的底气，他们也背负了沉重的负担，巨额研发费用就是其中一项。因为要不断开发产品、设计产品、做样件、测试性能，还要跟高校、研究机构甚至外国专家合作，这些都需要高昂的费用支撑。富源每年投入研发的费用都在2000—3000万元，只有持续的投入研发，才能持续的发展。

  “这种研发的投入实际上风险很大，因为很多研发的产品可能是不成功的，你投进去那么多钱很有可能打水漂。本身前几年机械行业的利润就少，我们用自己赚的钱去搞研发，还要购置新设备优化产能维持发展，这对企业来说是一个很大的负担。”陈良说。

技术创新，是一条充满着未知和不确定性的道路，却也是企业突破重围、焕发活力、走向行业顶尖的唯一出路。相比于更快更多地赚钱，富源更愿意顶住压力，安安静静地做产品，一点一点提升，慢慢让自己成为不可替代，这样无论外部环境如何变幻，企业都能稳步前行。

  近几年，随着国家和省市里一系列减税、项目补贴政策的出台，富源在资金方面得到了一定的支持，特别是潍坊市全面推行服务企业专员制度，为企业的发展解决了很多实际困难。陈良表示，政府的扶持给他们提供了很好的外部环境，也让他们更加坚定了攻坚克难的信心。

  “只有我能解决”的秘诀是创新

  经过几十年的积淀，富源目前已经是国内综合实力Z强的涡轮增压技术公司之一，公司自主研发的船舶增压器，在近海渔船、货轮上的中高速发动机领域，已经完全可以取代国外产品。

  “之前国内95%的大型远洋船舶增压器市场一直被国外市场垄断，不但价格高昂，服务也不好，用户都苦不堪言，这就为我们提供了发展空间。”作为一家专业研发、生产涡轮增压器的企业，如何寻求技术突破，让船舶从近海驶向远洋，让国人不再受制于国外产品，成为富源的发展目标和创新着力点。

2018年，公司开始着手研发大型远洋船舶涡轮增压器，面对技术瓶颈，富源寻求外力帮助，与清华大学叶轮机械研究室合作，终于在2019年把第一款大型远洋船舶增压器交付到客户手中。经后客户反馈，富源的产品压比、流量等核心指标都优于国外产品。“我们这款增压器，填补了国内在远洋船舶这一块的空缺。”公司技术中心产品设计部部长王忠起说道。

  “产品就是我的精神支撑。”陈良坦言，他Z开心的时刻，是大企业客户遇到问题时来找他解决，这代表在众多的供应商中，只有富源有能力解决。“我怎么才能保证自己这个独特的吸引力，秘诀就是创新，掌握新技术，做出新产品，拥有帮助客户解决问题的能力。”

  富源人外出谈业务时有一个共同的理念，他们卖的不是产品，而是提升发动机性能的涡轮增压解决方案。产品只是解决方案中的一部分，更多的是提供技术服务和支持，为实现高性能发动机的研发提供技术支持。

  国外的技术并不是突破不了

  走进富源，从管理层到科技人员再到车间工人，每个人的身上都有一股感染力很强的激情，谈到自己的产品，人们的眼睛里全是光。这种光与金钱和企业规模无关，是一种发自内心的喜爱和自信，这与陈良的理念非常一致：产品决定企业地位，像爱自己的孩子一样爱自己的产品。

  “我一直在想，这几年国际关系不稳定，其中一个很大的原因就是我们国家工业的提升，抢占了一部分外国企业的利润。这是一件好事，说明我们在不断强大，也说明当你真正用心时会发现，国外的技术并不是突破不了。”陈良告诉记者，他们的目标是领先国内企业，在技术、服务与费用方面与国外企业搞竞争，Z终取代国外产品，实现各方面利益Z大化。

把企业做好，不只是为了利润，做成百年企业，做成能抗衡国外的品牌，是富源人工作的目标和驱动力。陈良认为，好的企业不一定要大，但一定要有价值，既要实现个人的人生价值，也要对社会、对国家有价值，这不是用钱能衡量的。

  要向着这个目标奋进，企业就要站在科技前沿、行业顶端，借助高端人才和科研机构的助力。在这方面，富源早早布局，不但与国内外多家科研院所和高等院校建立了长期的技术合作关系，还搭建了省级技术中心、省级工程研究中心和省级“一企一技术”中心等科研平台，在国内外确定了与多名高端科研人才的合作关系。同时，公司内部全面培养科研人员，数量已占全部职工的五分之一，人才资源储备充足，科技创新支撑雄厚。

在陈良看来，企业要进步，不仅需要技术创新，思路和意识方面的创新同样重要。在外部经济环境不佳或遭遇发展危机的时候，能及时调整思路、规避风险，完成安全过渡和转型也是一种创新。
